With the Internet being world-wide, you can expect (and want) to attract visitors from your city, your province/state, your country, throughout North America, or even abroad. It all depends on your type of business and your target audience.
To make it easy for people to contact you (and increase the likelihood as well), it is very beneficial to offer a toll-free number. People love to see a 1-800 number because then they do not have to incur any costs just to ask a question or two.
Toll-free numbers can also increase trust – even if people do not want to contact you, just knowing that they can builds credibility.

If you own a business, you should definitely have a website to compete in today’s marketplace — and then to get found in the search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.) via keyword phrases, you need to invest in website optimization services.

It would be better not to have a Twitter account at all if it is not going to be maintained.

It seems like forever ago that the 2010 Olympic Winter Games were awarded to Vancouver…and now that day is just one month away! Our city will be hosting the games from February 12-28…with events taking place right here in Vancouver, as well as in Whistler.
There is a very exciting feeling in the air, but then like with everything else, there are always the people who are focusing on traffic problems and chaos that such a worldly event will bring. This is a once in a lifetime experience that will be on for ONLY 2 weeks – and should be embraced and welcomed with open arms. Many cities throughout the world could only dream of being a part of such an event – so this is a time when the glass should not only be seen as half-full as the optimist would, but instead, over-flowing!
